Oviedo-Clermont Roofing covers the whole roof deck with the proper underlayment per local building codes and manufacturer’s specifications. Peel & stick self sealing underlayment is also available as an option at an additional charge.
Oviedo-Clermont Roofing does uses their own employees on most jobs. Specialized commercial and other out of the ordinary projects may require OCR Roofing to enjoin the use of third party specialists. All employees who work for us are fully insured.
Is your flat roof installed per manufactures specifications?
Oviedo-Clermont Roofing is a certified installer for Firestone, GAF and other flat roof products. Installation of a flat roof is per local building codes and manufacturer’s specifications. We use the latest in technologies.
Oviedo-Clermont Roofing cleans up debris daily along with sweeping the grounds with a magnet. In addition, our supervisor will check the job each day, and then perform a final inspection at the end of the project.
